Hi, Welcome to my blog!

My name is Dan, and I have been working in the software industry since 1996. I have been a developer, scrum master and am now a product owner.

In my time I have worked in many places both contract and permanent and have seen some excellent leadership and some less than great management.

From this experience, I believe that appropriately done; Scrum is one of the best ways to manage a development team. In this blog, I want to share my thoughts and experience with you.
